SPECIALISTS IN SERIOUS INJURY MANAGEMENT AND WORKPLACE
Proactiv Rehabilitation & Reintegration Services is a family-run team located in Royston, Cambridgeshire. We work with private clients and employers throughout the UK.
BECAUSE YOUR LONG-TERM HEALTH MATTERS.
Here at Proactiv Rehabilitation and Reintegration Services we make your health and wellbeing our priority. We are a family-run business comprising Michael, who deals with workplace well-being, and Pauline, our complex injury manager.
Michael conducts health assessments and testing, in addition to risk analyses within a variety of working environments.
Pauline deals with complex multi-trauma. Her role is to help others navigate and transition through the challenges they face following serious - and oftentimes life-threatening and life-changing - injuries.
Pauline facilitates their journey through the maze of health and social care services. She works collaboratively with all parties involved, providing impartial, professional clinical advice and robust, client-centred coordination of clinical care and rehabilitation services.
MARKET LEADING AND FORWARD THINKING
We take the time to get to know our clients and to understand what they are going through, what they need and what their aspirations are for recovery, so they can move forward with their lives.
Our response to the major shift in the rehabilitation landscape, especially post COVID-19, is to develop a personalised relationship with our clients, be they injured parties, personal injury solicitors or insurance firms.
You have a duty of care to your employees to ensure that workplace risks to health are minimised, and that everyone's safety and wellbeing is being monitored and managed effectively. Our role in occupational health covers:
Health surveillance and injury prevention
Lung functioning test
Serious injuries can be complex for a multitude of reasons:
Complex in terms of mechanism of injury
Complex in terms of disability management and rehabilitation
Complex from a treatment provider perspective
Complex in terms of the legal issues encountered
Our complex trauma-injury case managers are committed to providing solutions to the problems and issues surrounding complex personal injury or illness.

I help clients to understand their diagnosis and prognosis. Enabling people to make educated choices about the treatment and rehabilitation of their physical and psychological concerns is important to me.
I am a nurse specialist who has worked in the field of complex multi-trauma and disability case management within the UK and New Zealand for over twenty-five years. I am registered to practice as a general nurse in the UK, and embrace the changing stance towards the management of major trauma victims.
I am committed to securing appropriate, cost-effective solutions to the problems and issues surrounding complex multi-trauma and the clinical and psycho-social needs of clients who have sustained complex injuries.
Building on what is good, using existing resources and establishing exceptional networks in public and private sectors, setting the client at the heart of the rehabilitation process and including all relevant parties right at the start, is what makes it work.
