Our complex trauma case managers all have a recognised health qualification in the relevant clinical field, a current practising certificate and must be in good standing with their professional body. They also possess a minimum of 10 years' professional experience in rehabilitation and case management outside of the individual discipline.
We pride ourselves on being able to act impartially, ethically, and with cultural awareness. We work cohesively with any relevant party be they legal, insurance or health-social teams.

We ensure the right support-service is available at the right time.

We can be active in all phases of your rehabilitation or independent-living process.

We act as a link between public bodies, agencies, charities, the NHS and the DWP.

We make effective communication possible, ensuring the appropriate levels of statutory funding or voluntary services are available.

We provide ongoing advocacy, signposting and practical support to the client and their significant others.

We resolve client problems by negotiating with the relevant bodies.

We assist clients in a manner appropriate to their abilities and needs.

We liaise with clients who have sustained a complex injury or enduring serious illness. We provide condition-specific advice, manage expectations, and offer support throughout their treatment and rehabilitation.

We deliver the seamless transition of each new client from key NHS services. We coordinate between the relevant medical, therapeutic and care teams, particularly regarding discharge planning. We offer advice and practical support to clients in the community regarding services and support available.

We work with private health professionals to ensure rehab goals are client-owned, appropriate to needs and clinically justified. In addition, we oversee rehabilitation providers’ facilities to ensure they maintain optimal service levels and that client needs are being met.
