COMPLEX MULTI-TRAUMA MANAGEMENT
Complex injuries can often require life-changing management and care. We help you to navigate this challenging and very difficult time so that you begin to recover and move towards getting your life back on track.
WORKING WITH CLIENTS LOCALLY IN THE CAMBRIDGE AREA AND NATIONWIDE
Following a traumatic injury or illness, it can be difficult for the person and/or their significant others to accept what has happened and to work out their next steps. Quite frequently, there is massive insecurity surrounding what the eventual outcome may be.
Practical assistance and advice are frequently required, especially when caught up in a fragmented healthcare system. Our complex trauma-injury case managers understand the sense of powerlessness and challenges, the injured person and their families face. Just understanding the language used by health professionals can be daunting, not to mention comprehending the function of each service & finding your way through the labyrinth of agencies and health-related organisations.
This is where you need an appropriately skilled and experienced clinical person, one who understands and values how timely, appropriate medical intervention and rehabilitation can make a huge difference to a person who has sustained a complex injury or illness. A clinician assisting them to make informed choices about their healthcare and rehabilitation.
CONNECTING, COMMUNICATING AND COLLABORATING WITH OUR CLIENTS
Including a complex trauma-injury case manager is an integral part of the multidisciplinary team that can offer support and solutions that may relieve many clinical and social issues, often before they arise.
This allows the other relevant parties to focus on what they do best: getting the client the answers they need and the compensation that they are due.
IMPARTIAL, ETHICAL, QUALIFIED. COMMITTED TO MEETING YOUR NEEDS
Our complex trauma case managers all have a recognised health qualification in the relevant clinical field, a current practising certificate and must be in good standing with their professional body. They also possess a minimum of 10 years' professional experience in rehabilitation and case management outside of the individual discipline.
We pride ourselves on being able to act impartially, ethically, and with cultural awareness. We work cohesively with any relevant party be they legal, insurance or health-social teams.
