WORKPLACE WELL-BEING ASSESSMENT

Helping you to care for the physical and mental health and wellbeing of your employees. Our clients are located locally in Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire, and indeed, nationwide.

WORK PLACE WELL-BEING

From our early beginnings in 1998, PRRS has grown as a privately owned Occupational Health & Workplace Wellbeing services provider in the UK.

Our unique value proposition is our understanding and appreciation of work-related health risk and partnering with our clients to develop tailored solutions.

Employers, Insurers and Legal Professionals have trusted us for over two decades to provide bespoke occupational health and workplace wellbeing services, along with strategies to deal with special cases of complex personal injury.

IMMUNISATION AND REGULAR TESTING

Does your working environment present a risk of coming into contact with infection or disease? Immunisation can be an important factor in reducing the risk posed to your staff.

A second, vital step is testing. This could include testing for the presence of alcohol and drugs in a worker's system, continually monitoring hearing, vision and lung function, or monitoring the impact of hand-and-arm vibration caused by certain tools and machinery.

REHABILITATION SERVICES

If an employee does become ill or suffers a workplace accident that impacts upon their short or long-term health, we will support them in ensuring their needs are met, however complex those needs might be.

Rehabilitation may include mental health support, the management of musculoskeletal disorders, and the treatment of serious or complex injuries.

REDUCE ABSENCE AND INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND MORALE

Staff absences are disproportionately affected by psychological ill health and musculoskeletal injuries - most often caused by, or worsened by, the working environment.

Prevention is always preferable to cure. By being proactive in identifying and managing risks and doing everything in your power to minimise those risks, you reduce absences and engender a workforce that is happier and more productive.
